Unlikely Stories of the Third Kind was a combination of new and old material chosen to best represent the quality of work appearing at UnlikelyStories.org from 1998 to 2010. It included poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, reviews, essays, and an interview with Utah Phillips. It weighed in at 416 pages, including 78 glossy pages of visual art, many of which were in full-color.
