Prior publication credits include SmokeLong Quarterly, Masters Review, Jellyfish Review, Booth, Strange Horizons, and Escape Pod/Artemis Rising. She’s the author of a novel, TreeVolution, a hybrid fiction/poetry collection, Circe’s Bicycle, and a short story collection, Midnight at the Organporium, which received a starred review from Publishers Weekly. Tara is a graduate of the American University MFA, a Kimbilio Fellow, and recipient of multiple awards from the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities.
