Noticer is an MD/PhD student of neuroscience named Grant Talkington who grew up in Panama City, Florida, before hurricane Michael put a hole in his home. Now he's based in New Orleans with his girlfriend Corinne and their cat Frank. He plays what the ocean feels like to him. He allegedly believes freedom is gardening, astronomy, and sailing, but most of all pirating books from Library Genesis. He believes God is an impossibly powerful idea that can hurt or help people who believe it has power, but that wisdom is understanding how to use ideas with kindness.
