Rosalind Palermo Stevenson

Rosalind Palermo Stevenson is the author of the novel The Absent, the novella Insect Dreams, and the chapbook Kafka At Rudolf Steiner’s. Insect Dreams has also been published in the anthologies: Poe’s Children (edited by Peter Straub) and Trampoline (edited by Kelly Link), and her short fiction and prose poems appear in numerous literary journals. She lives in New York City where she is currently working with the concept of speculative autobiography and the female Adam in Adame.  

I felt myself bound to humanity, bound in haziness and ambiguity. I asked what will come of it, a voice answered nothing ever comes of it, and so I asked what can I know with certainty.
