In the final months of 2021, Unlikely Books will publish two titles:
A Brief Conversation with Consciousness by Marc Vincenz
and Flight Advice: a fabulary by Tobey Hiller!

A Brief Conversation with Consciousness is a book of poetry by Marc Vincenz, weighing in at approximately 152 pages. It's a follow-up to his previous Unlikely Books: Gods of a Ransacked Century and Beautiful Rush. It's approximately 120 pages of poetry, with interior art by Sophia Santos and Marc Vincenz, as well as extended critical essays on Vincenz's work by Philip Nikolayev and Robert Archambeau.

Flight Advice: a fabulary is a book of fabulist shorts stories by Tobey Hiller, with cover art by Elizabeth Ennis. Weighing in at approximately 130 pages, it's been praised by luminaries such as Maw Shein Win and Harriet Scott Chessman.

A Brief Conversation with Consciousness will be available in paperback and ebook, and also will be the first Unlikely Books hardback. (Hardback and paperback will be released simultaneously.) Flight Advice: a fabulary will be available as a paperback and ebook. All editions will be inexpensive, because that's how we roll.

We look forward to sharing these titles with you, and we hope you dig the covers!
